The Grotto is an immersive winter wonderland located in the heart of the Trafford Centre in Manchester over the Christmas period. In 2023, Sylo Media managed the entire digital marketing for this project. The objective was to build awareness and drive online ticket purchases. www.thegrotto.co.uk.

We managed various paid advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google, using a sophisticated retargeting funnel approach.
The exhibition SOLD OUT within the first 2 months of launch, and attracted lots of celebrity attention. 2.3 million impressions were achieved in 5 months, with over 20k website visitors. ROAS of 6.3 achieved across the paid ad campaign (for every £1 spent in the ad campaign, it returned £6.30 in online revenue). 630% return on investment.
